At Palomo Consultors, we are looking for a Labor Technician with at least 1 year of experience in labor consulting, with knowledge of labor legislation, payroll management, contracts, and social security (RED System). The candidate must have training in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields, and must be fluent in both Catalan and Spanish. We seek someone with active listening skills, a close and approachable manner, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset. Process improvement capability and teamwork are highly valued. The Labor Technician will be responsible for advising on hiring, payroll, social security, and collective bargaining agreements. They will prepare labor documents (payrolls, contracts, registrations, and deregistrations) and apply labor regulations. They will also manage EREs/ERTEs and propose process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. * 0 years’ experience. Experience: * 1 year managing payrolls in a consultancy or labor department. Technical skills: thorough knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, contributions, and the XARXA System. Software: proficient use of payroll software (experience with SUASSOR is valued). Languages: fluent Catalan and Spanish. Soft skills: organization, accuracy, responsibility, discretion, and collaborative spirit.
