We are over 23,000 people across 20 countries — passionate about innovation and committed to making the world a better place, pushing boundaries every day to make the seemingly impossible possible. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Validate vehicle driving modes (Eco, Normal, Sport, or Individual). * Plan vehicles for testing. * Conduct driving tests to verify that the vehicle behaves exactly as expected. * Proof-of-concept (PoC) of the function. * Use of measurement equipment. * Function validation. * Verification of ZDCs affected by the function. * Management of function validation issues. * Documentation of the test catalog for the new version. * Maintenance of the test catalog, including new use cases or modifications for validating each function variant. * Data collection for launching new functions or model years. * Analysis and reporting of functions in competitor vehicles. * Market study of the function in competitor vehicles. * Analysis of function usage through real-world data analysis collected from respective sources and execution of surveys. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Vocational training (automotive, electricity & electronics, etc.). * Valid driver’s license (including for prototypes). * English-language documentation and management (German is also valued positively). * Desired knowledge of the following systems: SEAT/VW Network, ODIS-E, KVS, KPM, AVON, CODEBEAMER or its successor, Krypto42, MB-Technik, CPTool, System42, Charisma, and advanced CANoe expertise for CAN, LIN, and Ethernet analysis. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** Quest Global is a place where we value curiosity, authenticity, and the talent of every individual.
