Among your main responsibilities will be both Project Management (planning, cost and resource control) and technical leadership from project definition through execution. **Responsibilities:** Lead the technical definition of projects: * Define the technical scope (mechanical and electrical). * Identify suitable equipment and technologies for the process. * Select engineering teams replicating the process based on a Best Value Option Analysis. * Conduct design reviews with the project team and suppliers. * Manage end-to-end (e2e) investment: preparation, release, tracking, and order management. Manage CPS (Critical Path Schedule): * Define the team and work plan. * Lead all progress meetings (Core Team \& Technical Core Team). * Report CPS progress and critical path status to Top Management. Execute projects: * Track equipment delivery, understanding and managing timelines. * Prepare layout and required facilities. * Define and execute the assembly plan. * Define required resources. * Execute the commissioning plan. * Define and lead the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT). * Perform risk analysis (ORA, QRP), including HS\&E responsibility. * Carry out control and tracking of the Post Start\-up List.
