Description
Full-fledged camera and editing profile, capable of independently delivering a complete production from start to finish—or integrating as a camera operator within a large crew—depending on each production’s requirements.
We are not looking for a single person to replace an entire team: in large productions, the crew is fully staffed with direction, cinematography, sound, and electric departments. What we seek is a versatile profile that allows us to scale crew size according to each project.
In practice, this role operates across the following scenarios:
* During advertising shoots, you operate the camera within a full crew, focusing exclusively on your assigned role.
* For events or interviews, you work solo with a lightweight camera (e.g., FX3 or similar), set up two or three lights if needed, handle audio recording, shoot, then edit and deliver the finished piece.
* Between shoots, you participate in preparation: equipment testing, material organization, and continuous improvement of our workflows.
If you enjoy shifting contexts—alternating between on-set days and editing days—this position is designed exactly for that.
**Your responsibilities**
* Operate camera during shoots and events, ensuring technical quality for every production.
* Set up lighting and capture basic audio in lightweight productions.
* Edit video: assembly, basic color correction, audio processing, and exporting deliverables for various formats and platforms.
* Manage media assets: backups, project organization, and clip tagging in accordance with studio workflows.
* Participate in shoot preparation, equipment testing, and enhancement of audiovisual processes.
**What we’re looking for**
* Experience operating professional equipment (Sony, Blackmagic, Arri, RED).
* Solid knowledge of video lighting: fixtures, softboxes, LEDs, shadow control, and color temperature management.
* Audio recording: microphones, recorders, level control, and noise reduction.
* Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software: editing, basic color grading, audio processing, and export across multiple formats.
* Organization and methodology in media management, and ability to follow established workflows.
* Teamwork, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and orientation toward deadlines and results.
**Bonus qualifications**
* Education in audiovisual communication or related field.
* Basic knowledge of motion graphics.
* Photography experience.
Salary: €1,200.00–€1,800.00 per month
Benefits:
* Company laptop
* Company mobile phone
