We are looking for an experienced and ambitious IT technician to join our team. Main responsibilities include: * Analysis and installation of business management systems. * Installation and configuration of hardware, connectivity, and analysis of placement for various components within an installation. * Installation and configuration of digital signage displays. * Installation and configuration of video surveillance cameras. * First-level remote support to end clients for both software and hardware issues. * On-site attention and resolution of incidents at client facilities. Requirements: * Experience in IT * Knowledge of businesses and their management processes and operations * Knowledge of ICG Software or Hiopos systems is highly valued * Commitment and involvement * Help desk experience is highly valued * Customer service skills * Ability to manage conflicts with end clients * Intermediate level of English is highly valued * Valid driver's license For candidate selection, teamwork, honesty, transparency, and responsibility will be highly valued above all.
