Our dining options featuring high-quality Spanish and international cuisine provide luxurious, classically refined service with contemporary touches across the hotel's different restaurants. **Position Mission:** You will carry out your duties as an intern in the department, providing support to the management team of the Food and Beverage Department. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Assist in managing and monitoring the profit and loss accounts of various outlets, as well as implementing necessary action plans to correct deviations from each outlet's budget. * Assist in meeting the quality standards and objectives set by the company. * Assist in complying with the APPCC quality program, as well as operational standards and procedures. * Assist in controlling purchase orders and inventory levels for each outlet. * Assist in controlling staffing dimensions for Restaurants and Bars according to the authorized Staffing Guide. * Assist in preparing work schedules for each team. * Assist in managing shift controls for the Food and Beverage team. * Assist in handling payroll-related issues for the Food and Beverage team. * Support operations in Bars and Restaurants. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Tourism or similar.
