




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support at the Property Registry, including serving the public, communicating with clients, and assisting staff with daily tasks. We are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team at the Calamocha Property Registry. The selected candidate will be responsible for various administrative support tasks. Main responsibilities include in-person and telephone customer service, as well as communication with clients to keep them informed about the status of their procedures. Additionally, the candidate will assist other staff members with their daily administrative duties, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the office. To be considered, candidates must hold a Spanish Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) and possess strong user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates residing in the Jiloca area will be given preference. A full-time permanent employment contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, including a one-hour lunch break.
