




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a team in the construction sector, with an immediate start required in Puente Genil. Main responsibilities include invoice accounting, assistance with financial closing and financial control, as well as full management of the accounting cycle. The role also involves document management and other administrative tasks related to the position. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, respecting legally established breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * Knowledge of invoicing, accounting, journal entries, the accounting cycle, and Excel. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, or no issue commuting in person to the facilities. Higher vocational training or university degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or similar.
