




Job Summary: This position comprehensively manages all procurement department tasks, aiming for efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the procurement department with a focus on efficiency. 2. Constant coordination with domestic and international teams and suppliers. 3. Focus on continuous improvement of procurement and operational objectives. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of all procurement department activities in Barcelona, consistently pursuing maximum efficiency and optimal utilization of available resources. Daily responsibilities include establishing organized processes to drive departmental growth, ensuring every operation is profitable and complies with industry regulations. This role spans from annual planning to final execution of each purchase order, maintaining rigorous oversight of workflow. The role entails constant coordination with diverse teams and both domestic and international suppliers. Periodic evaluation of collaborators, negotiation of complex agreements, and identification of new supply sources are required. The position demands ongoing analysis of performance indicators and implementation of digital tools to modernize and streamline contract tracking. This is a permanent, full-time position. The ability to resolve logistical incidents, manage product traceability, and technically validate received proposals is highly valued. This profile must emphasize continuous improvement of procurement, ensuring all decisions remain fully aligned with overall operational objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in similar roles. Proficiency in SAP and Excel. English language proficiency at B2 level\.
