Develop and supervise procurement, storage, and distribution processes for electric vehicle spare parts—maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. **Candidate Requirements** **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: **Administrative Supervision and Support** * Supervise execution of administrative tasks related to the spare parts department. * Manage daily picking releases and ensure daily back-order tracking. * Coordinate spare parts invoicing, returns, and other administrative transactions. * Daily monitoring and resolution of customer queries and incidents via ticketing platforms and email—ensuring agile and effective responses. * Daily personal monitoring of tickets opened by one of our largest customers, resolving them within 24 hours as required by agreement. **Spare Parts Warehouse Logistics Management** * Plan, supervise, and optimize warehouse logistics operations—including storage, goods receipt and dispatch, and distribution of electric vehicle spare parts. * Design and implement continuous improvement processes for warehouse organization—both in terms of space utilization and operational efficiency. * Monitor domestic and international outbound shipments, and assess supplier KPI compliance by maintaining a file containing all shipments dispatched from the warehouse. * Supervise inbound and outbound material movements, ensuring adherence to deadlines, regulations, and quality standards. * Ensure availability of critical spare parts and minimize downtime through proactive inventory management. * Propose and execute weekly rotating inventories, reporting deviations requiring system adjustments to your manager. **Packaging Development and Improvement** * Lead packaging design and improvement projects, ensuring optimal protection of spare parts during transport and storage. * Identify innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for spare parts, aligned with the company’s sustainability principles. **Warehouse Team Management** * Coordinate and supervise the spare parts warehouse team, ensuring achievement of performance and quality objectives. * Train and upskill staff on internal and external best logistics practices, and on the use of warehouse technological tools. * Guarantee workplace safety and a positive working environment in the warehouse. **Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management** * Manage the end-to-end procurement process—from identifying material requirements in the system to receiving and locating spare parts in the warehouse. * Maintain effective relationships with national and international suppliers, negotiating favorable supply terms. * Ensure supplier adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards. * Assign shipments according to agreed terms with suppliers, selecting air, sea, or land transport based on elapsed time since purchase initiation. * Select the most suitable freight forwarder after evaluating requested quotations—balancing order receipt time against total costs. * Conduct weekly tracking of all in-transit shipments and update Navision system with estimated arrival dates, modifying them if necessary. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—enabling everyone to participate on equal footing.
