We are seeking Agentic AI Engineers through an intensive 5-week program combining hands-on training and development of a final project, followed by integration into large-scale projects within Accenture—enabling autonomous integration into technical teams from day one. The position is based in **Barcelona**, following a hybrid work model where some days are worked remotely from home and others on-site at the office, allowing you to build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid work authorization in Spain are mandatory. **Responsibilities:*** Design and implement advanced artificial intelligence systems based on large language models (LLMs), including techniques such as fine\-tuning, LoRA, and PEFT. * Build and optimize model evaluation pipelines, defining metrics and validation frameworks beyond standard benchmarks. * Develop intelligent agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS AgentCore. * Design and implement multi\-agent systems with planning, tool-use, and memory capabilities, integrating structured knowledge bases and retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG). **Requirements:*** University degree: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields. * Production experience developing, evaluating, and optimizing LLM-based AI/ML solutions (including fine\-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, or instruction tuning), with metric definition and model behavior analysis. * Proficiency in Python programming. * Minimum English level: B2 ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience designing and operating scalable AI systems and data pipelines in production environments—including contexts requiring reliability, explainability, or auditability. * Experience with advanced AI technologies such as agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS AgentCore), multi\-agent systems, and contributions to knowledge graphs, semantic web, or open\-source projects. Proficiency in generative AI and AI tools applicable to this role is required, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI usage.
