




Position Summary: The KPI Support Technician will analyze, manage, and visualize data to support decision-making, creating and maintaining KPI dashboards—primarily for maintenance. Transformation of complex data into clear visual information The KPI Support Technician will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and visualizing data to support internal teams’ decision-making. The role focuses on creating, maintaining, and improving KPI dashboards—mainly related to maintenance—using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar. They will act as the liaison between data and internal teams, ensuring that presented information is clear, reliable, and relevant for performance monitoring and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities & Duties:** * Analyze large volumes of data from various internal sources (CMMS, ERP, operational databases, Excel, etc.). * Design, develop, and maintain maintenance-area-focused KPI dashboards. * Transform complex data into clear, actionable visual information for diverse stakeholders. * Prepare periodic reports and presentations for internal teams and area managers. * Define and update key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with relevant departments. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness in reporting. * Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis. * Document dashboards, metrics, and data analysis processes. **Profile \& Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Industrial Organization Engineering / Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields. * Proven experience in data analysis and information visualization. * Advanced knowledge of Power BI (or similar BI tools). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced-level Excel. * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. * Skill in interpreting data and translating it into clear business insights. * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented attitude. * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. \#IamBoehringerIngelheim because… We continuously strive to design the best possible experience for you.
