We are currently a tight\-knit team of 35 people and plan to grow in 2026, with a strong focus on engineering, product design, and sales. #### **Why this role matters?** Today, Kabilio already runs three core products in production — Invoices Processing, Bank Transactions, and Invoicing — used daily by real customers, while beta testing our first Agent (Kabi). As we grow, so does the complexity of our systems and development workflows. That's why we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us automate, standardize, and scale our CI/CD processes so that our teams can ship faster and more reliably. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and automation. Your work will directly impact developer productivity, deployment reliability, and system stability across the company. And work closely with **Ivan,** CTO, **Jorge, Karel** and **Arnau, Tech Leads,** as well as the developers. #### **What you’ll do?** * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across our services. * Automate build, test, and deployment workflows. * Improve release processes to ensure reliability and speed. * Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP). * Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. * Improve documentation and internal tooling around deployment and infrastructure. * Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce friction in the development lifecycle. * Promote best practices in infrastructure as code and automation. #### **What we offer?** * **Salary range:** Competitive salary (TBD in the first call). * Flexible benefits via Cobee. * **Hybrid setup**: 3 days/week in our Barcelona office. Your ideas will have a real impact, and you will have the chance to shape and grow with the business #### **What should you bring to the table?** * 3\+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar roles. * Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS and GCP). * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform or similar). * Experience implementing automated testing and deployment strategies. * Solid understanding of system reliability, monitoring, and incident response * Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python). * Pragmatic, automation\-driven mindset with strong ownership. * Professional level **Spanish,** and English (B1 should be enough). * Above all, **you’re a reliable and trustworthy person** ##### **Big Plus if you** * Experience supporting ML or AI workloads. * Familiarity with AWS ECS. * Experience in startup or fast\-scaling environments. * Experience improving internal developer experience (DX). #### **Hiring process** * Video call with our Talent Partner Get to know you each other (30 mins) * Video call with a senior engineer (30 mins) * Technical test * Test debrief with **CTO**(1 h) * Meeting with founders on\-site Job offer
