We are selecting for a prestigious group specialized in the manufacture of high-quality PVC windows and enclosures a BUILDING ENGINEER - TECHNICAL ARCHITECT to join the technical team. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** * Building Engineer - Technical Architecture (surveyor). * Knowledge of preparation and monitoring of construction budgets. * Experience will be valued but is not essential. * Class B driver's license. * AutoCAD, Revit/SolidWorks, construction ERP, MS Project. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **BUDGETS:** * Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and construction projects. * Collaborate in the development of comparative budgets or cost analyses. * Participate in site meetings with architects, developers and execution managers. * Help process efficiency certificates, tests or CE marking for carpentry. **SITE SUPPORT:** * Carry out measurements and data collection on site to verify dimensions, openings and layouts. * Check that the installation of PVC carpentry complies with drawings and technical specifications. * Supervise compliance with deadlines, safety and quality during assembly. * Prepare progress reports or daily work logs. * Assist the site manager or supervisor in coordinating subcontractors or installation teams. **PRODUCTION:** * Coordinate with the workshop for the planning of manufacturing windows, doors or PVC enclosures. * Review material orders (profiles, hardware, glass, sealants, etc.) according to drawings or site orders. * Control quality and dimensions of parts before shipment to site. * Participate in warehouse control or material traceability. **TECHNICAL OFFICE:** * Assist in the interpretation of architectural drawings and their adaptation to carpentry design (construction details, part lists, dimensions, anchors). * Create or modify carpentry drawings, sections or junctions. * Support the preparation of budgets and measurements. * Prepare technical sheets, assembly instructions and site documentation.
