PLC Maintenance

Description

We are seeking a person to work on PLC maintenance at a metal sector company in Porriño. The main responsibilities include programming and tuning programmable logic controllers, especially those manufactured by Siemens. The candidate will also be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of installations, interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams, and participating in equipment installation and commissioning. Additionally, the candidate will undertake other duties inherent to the position as they arise. The position offers a full-time temporary contract with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours. Working hours are distributed from Monday to Friday, organized in rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. Prior experience in industrial environments and familiarity with automation systems will be valued. The job is carried out in a dynamic factory environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to efficiently resolve technical incidents. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. GM/GS in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electrical Installations, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or equivalent.
