We are seeking a curious, eager-to-learn individual with an interest in the commercial world to join our team for several months. You will collaborate with the Commercial and Human Resources departments, helping to interpret data and support better decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze and extract information from our CRM. * Prepare reports highlighting key findings and share them with the commercial team. * Participate in tracking OKRs and KPIs through our platform, linking data to departmental objectives. * Contribute ideas to improve processes and better leverage information. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed studies in Marketing, Data Analysis, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields. * Good command of English, both spoken and written. * Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and critical thinking. * Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of visualization tools is a plus!). * Interest in understanding how data helps improve customer relationships. * Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow professionally. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to learn alongside an experienced and supportive team. * An internship where your analyses will have real impact. * Flexibility to combine the internship with your studies.
