The primary mission of the selected candidate will be to ensure demand planning, production planning, procurement, internal and external logistics, and end-to-end inventory management to guarantee efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across the entire supply chain. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other responsibilities, the following stand out: * Lead the S\&OP process, aligning demand, production, and finance to ensure availability and efficiency. * Plan and monitor demand, the Master Production Schedule (MPS), and inventory levels. * Manage procurement of raw materials and critical components, ensuring uninterrupted supply. * Optimize internal logistics and warehousing, ensuring traceability, operational efficiency, and compliance with standards. * Coordinate external logistics and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness, service quality, and regulatory compliance. * Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives (Lean, automation, efficiency, data). * Manage supply chain risks by anticipating disruptions, critical supplier failures, and contingencies. * Lead planning, procurement, and logistics teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Production, Sales, Quality, and Finance. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Excellent opportunity for professional growth within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * Highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience, expertise, and values contributed. * Flexible benefits package via Cobee, free telemedicine with Savia, access to Wellhub, pension plan, hybrid working schedule, subsidized cafeteria, flexible hours, and discounts on products and services. **Requirements** -------------- We are looking for a professional meeting the following requirements: * 3–5 years of experience. * University degree in Engineering. * Experience in advanced planning and data analysis. * Experience in end-to-end inventory management. * Logistics and process optimization experience. * Proficiency in KPIs and dashboards. * Familiarity with the industrial environment. * Competencies: leadership and influence, orientation toward internal and external customers, stress management in high-operational-criticality environments involving data. * English: B2 level. \#LI\-SM1 * **Location:** Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Spain) * **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Sector:** Construction and architecture * **Vacancies:** 1 * **Discipline:** Other * **Work Modality:** Hybrid
