I am Miguel Ángel Delgado. I am writing to you because we are reinforcing the kitchen team of our restaurant located next to the castle of Puebla de Alcocer, with views overlooking the La Serena reservoir. The restaurant is already open. We have an executive chef who defines the culinary direction and supports us in developing the project, although he is not present on a day-to-day basis and visits approximately once per month. In the kitchen, we already have a senior cook with experience, but we need to bring on board another person with a similar profile—skilled, calm, and capable of teamwork—who can help bring tranquility, order, and continuity to service. We are seeking an operational senior cook rather than an external creative chef: someone who will be present daily, who knows how to organize the station, execute the menu well, maintain consistency, and provide stability to the team. The project is located in a village of around 1,000 inhabitants, with low rents, a peaceful environment, and high quality of life; a hospital is located 5 minutes away, and it takes 50 minutes to reach Mérida or Don Benito. This could be an interesting opportunity for someone wishing to step away from the pace of a large city and work on a gastronomic project with long-term potential. The cuisine is based on grilling, high-quality ingredients, and a simple, honest, and carefully crafted menu. This summer, we are open throughout the season; during winter, the plan is to open starting from Thursdays.
