Additionally, they must **optimize resources, resolve unforeseen issues, and ensure smooth communication** with teams, suppliers, and authorities to achieve project success. **What You Will Do?** * Efficient planning and organization of resources, personnel, and materials. * Budget control and cost management. * Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers during project execution. * Document management: work reports, certifications, quality control. * Effective communication with team members, clients, and authorities. * Ability to resolve unexpected issues during construction. * Fast and accurate decision-making. * Motivation and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements** **What Do We Need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * 1 \- 2 years of experience in similar roles. * In-depth knowledge of hydraulic installations, supply networks, sanitation systems, water treatment plants (WTPs), and wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings and projects. * Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD and Presto. * Knowledge of machinery and specialized equipment. * Experience in linear construction, trench works, WTPs / WWTPs. * Proactivity and forward-thinking vision. * Responsibility and commitment. **Additional Information** **What Can We Offer You?** * Be part of a leading multinational company in the sector. * Permanent contract. * Flexibility. * Professional growth.
