#### **Work Mode** On-site #### **Department** Production #### **Workplace** Termosol (Navalvillar de Pela \- Badajoz) #### **Requirements** **Education: Required:** FPI or FPII in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Instrumentation and Control, or similar. Engineering degree is a plus. **Required Knowledge:** Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in continuous process industrial plants. Operation of power generation plants. Boiler operator. Knowledge of chemical analysis and control of water\-steam cycle parameters. **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office, maintenance management software (preferably Maximo). Development and application of operation and maintenance procedures. Experience: More than three years of experience in operation and/or maintenance of power generation plants is desirable, preferably in solar thermal power plants. Maintenance experience in industrial facilities in any of the following fields: mechanics, electricity, electronics, mechatronics, instrumentation and control. **Other Requirements:** Availability to work shifts. Used to teamwork, methodical and disciplined, in an environment focused on safety, environmental respect, and continuous improvement of production processes. Desirable: Residence near the facilities. #### **Competencies** Communication; Teamwork; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Results Orientation and Planning, Organization, and continuous improvement. #### **Responsibilities** General Functions: * Carry out the operation and maintenance of solar thermal power plants according to existing procedures, documentation, and HSSE regulations. * Conduct Safety Observations of ongoing work, identify Unsafe Conditions, propose mitigation improvements, report Accidents/Incidents, and actively collaborate in investigations and implementation of mitigation measures. * Ensure compliance with environmental conditions by properly managing generated waste. * Perform plant inspection routes to resolve incidents or manage existing work orders through the CMMS system (Maximo). * Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team and serve as preventive plant resource as needed. * Actively participate in continuous process improvement, taking responsibility for assigned equipment and/or components. * Participate in training programs related to Safety and Health, Prevention, Environment, Technical Training, and Corporate Training. * Faithfully comply with the policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System related to Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health, environmental management, and corporate policies. #### **Who We Are?** Solclef is an energy asset operator company, currently fully focused on renewable generation.
