This includes preparing accounting reports, monitoring daily transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial information aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. The department is currently undergoing a digital transformation process, and you’ll support the implementation of new digital tools, as well as the creation of new protocols and/or practices to enhance departmental efficiency. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** \+ Accounting entries, trial balance, and financial data with precise control to prepare financial statements (FS) reflecting the company’s true economic situation. \+ Review of accounting records and interpretation of financial data to generate timely reports (Treasury, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement). \+ Enable use of accounting tools to perform cost analysis and cash flow projections. \+ Prepare necessary accounting information to ensure quality, integrity, and accuracy of financial data. **What Will Make You Successful at Synergym? Key Skills and Experience:** \+ Solid experience in comprehensive accounting management, including month-end/year-end closings, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis. \+ Outstanding analytical skills to identify trends, detect anomalies, and propose improvements to accounting processes. \+ Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while ensuring the quality of financial information. \+ Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent, complemented by postgraduate studies in accounting, taxation, or auditing.
