Programme Manager

Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an engineer with strong project management skills to join our growing team. We are seeking a strategic and results\-driven **Programme Manager** to lead and coordinate multiple high\-impact technical projects. This role sits within our Product Qualification Testing Department, specifically providing all types of non\-standard testing \- including structural testing, product qualification, and environmental testing \- for a wide variety of industries such as aerospace and aeronautics, among others. As a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in both technical delivery and business success, ensuring the efficient execution of engineering projects within a fast\-paced, client\-focused environment. Responsibilities: * Preparation and monitoring of the overall planning of current projects. * Establishment and follow\-up of milestones and meetings with both internal technical staff and the client, to ensure project completion within time and budget. * Monitoring of project deliveries, costs and deviations, including resource allocation tracking and action plans. * Reporting of FTR, OTD and performance KPIs. * Preparation of medium\- and long\-term monthly revenue forecasts, flagging potential issues. * Management of invoicing. * Provides input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers. * Monitor orderbank is order to indicates priorities to the sales department based on current lab occupancy. * Ensures that safety and quality standards are being met and maintained at all times within the company's safety and QA programs.
