We are reinforcing our **Voice Operations department** with a Support Technician profile. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will support the team in providing technical assistance to fixed and mobile telephony partners, using ticketing tools and phone communication. * You will collaborate in incident management, interacting with other departments such as Engineering, Software, or Infrastructure. * You will participate in training first-level support teams to improve their efficiency. * You will escalate incidents to providers or other departments after conducting joint analysis and testing. * You will monitor service degradation and detect recurring issues. * You will collaborate on projects to improve telephony systems, proposing solutions that optimize service and customer experience. **What are we looking for?** * Basic knowledge of VoIP telephony (SIP, RTP, RTCP, TLS protocols) and mobile technologies. * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS). * 2 years of experience in a similar role. **What do we value?** * Networking certifications (Cisco). * English language proficiency. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent full-time contract * Flexible start time * Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00, including a lunch break, and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 * Reduced working hours during summer months * 23 working days of annual vacation to disconnect and recharge * With our Learning Friday, we guarantee time for training during working hours * Don't miss anything with our Campus Aire University!
