**The position** Opportunity to train and grow within a leading international industrial flooring group. You will learn to operate and maintain the Laser Grinder (exclusive equipment of the CoGri Group), progressing through levels based on your performance. Once trained, you will lead a team of two people and execute projects in Spain and abroad. **Responsibilities** * Operate and maintain the Laser Grinder following safety procedures. * Plan and carry out grinding work meeting client tolerances. * Direct customer interaction on site and reporting of progress/issues. * Basic documentation management: manuals, mileage logs, end-of-project reports, and expense records. * Maintenance of vehicle/equipment and organization of the mobile warehouse. **Essential requirements** * Valid passport and availability to travel (including overnight stays away from home). * Driving license. * Experience with tools/machinery or construction/industrial equipment. * Good organizational skills and ability to follow procedures. * Communication skills in a construction site environment. **Desirable qualifications** * Mechanical knowledge. * Experience in industrial flooring. * Forklift operator license. * Second language proficiency. * Experience with optical leveling equipment. * CSCS card (we can assist in obtaining it). **What we offer** * Solid training and professional progression with associated salary increases. * Company vehicle upon completion of training and a specific bonus plan. * Travel expenses covered (accommodation, per diems) and 'Overseas Allowance' for international trips. * International projects and a high-learning environment. **Salary** €32,036 - €36,580 gross/year (depending on experience).
