A **leading** company in the student housing sector, currently expanding, is looking to hire an **IoT/Domotics Support Technician**. **Your main responsibilities will be:** · Carry out programming of IoT/Domotics equipment at the factory for subsequent software deployment on site. · Prepare packages and boxes for each unit and trade to be shipped, generate preparation delivery notes and shipping delivery notes. · Organize and coordinate various on-site deliveries to meet deadlines, as well as arrange transportation for these shipments. · Maintain records of delivered materials, replaced materials, and remaining stock. · Review new firmware updates from different manufacturers for evaluation and impact analysis on the project. · Monitor deliveries and incidents related to shipping, programming, and implementation during the construction phase. · Coordinate and resolve post-sales issues with IoT/domotics systems after project completion. **What are we looking for?** · Required education: o Basic Vocational Training (FP) in Electrotechnical and Mechanical Installations. o Medium-level Vocational Training (FP) in Electrical and Automated Installations or Telecommunications. o No FP, but with experience in domotic systems or advanced knowledge of this type of installations. · Basic knowledge of computer networks. · Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience. · English proficiency sufficient to understand software content and/or web pages. · A person with strong time management skills, organized, methodical, service-oriented, and analytical abilities. · Willingness to make occasional site visits, as well as temporary relocation to sites during final project delivery phases if necessary.
