Currently, we are seeking a candidate to join the Operations-Captives team. **Job Description** -------------------------- **Responsibilities:** * Management and coordination of complete programs with international deployment. * Ongoing coordination with local MAPFRE companies and other partners regarding program developments across all countries. * Constant interaction with clients/brokers/captive insurers. * Monitoring and support in managing internal financial balances and cash flows between the client and their captive insurer, as well as various MAPFRE entities or external reinsurers involved. * Control of contractual documentation flow for captive operations. * Handling, coordination, and monitoring of operational workflows. * Definition and proposal of Service Protocols tailored to client needs. Establishing SLAs/KPIs or agreed performance indicators with clients/brokers/captive insurers. * Implementation of action/improvement plans required by clients. * Interaction with Business Units, Legal Department, MAPFRE companies worldwide, Sales and Marketing, Claims, and Administration. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Prior experience in international insurance programs. * Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance structures. * Advanced level of English. * Advanced computer skills.
