We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** in **Madrid** for one of our clients. Your role is to maintain the proper functioning of the facilities in the assigned buildings. * You are responsible for general upkeep and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently at all times: basic plumbing, masonry, painting, locksmithing, TV setup, basic air conditioning system maintenance, lighting fixtures, basic furniture repair, etc. * You inspect equipment and systems, diagnose issues, and perform necessary maintenance and repairs. * You also troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement to ensure facilities operate properly. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform first-level routine maintenance tasks as assigned. * Resolve issues and repair equipment when necessary. * Monitor and maintain facility infrastructure and systems. * Ensure all equipment complies with safety and operational standards. * Support the proper functioning of systems during interventions carried out by specialized technicians: heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection, security, lighting, elevators, escalators, and other systems. * Collaborate with other technicians and staff members to identify and resolve problems. * Complete assigned tasks within prescribed deadlines. * Assist clients upon request. * Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and safety requirements. * Coordinate with external service providers to resolve technical issues.
