The selected candidate will provide support in the labor management of a client portfolio, carrying out administrative tasks and labor advisory services. Main responsibilities * Preparation of **payrolls**. * Management of **social security contributions** (RED System). * **Labor contracts**: registrations, cancellations, variations, extensions, and modifications. * Coordination with the **Social Security Administration**. * Processing and monitoring of **sick leave/occupational accident claims (ITs/ATs)**. * Support in routine labor-related client inquiries. * Other duties inherent to the Labor Department. Requirements * **Minimum 1 year’s experience in consultancy**, specifically within a Labor Department (mandatory). * Degree in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, Law, or related field. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in payroll software (A3, NominaPlus, Sage, or similar). * Organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork skills.
