Their primary responsibility will be to ensure the design, implementation, and operation of robust and secure solutions aligned with business needs, while also contributing to commercial development and the strategic evolution of the practice. **What do you need to know?** * Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial) or equivalent. * Experience in cloud, infrastructure, network, and security projects. * Knowledge of firewalls, perimeter security, hybrid and cloud environments. * Experience in project management and client relationship management. * Leadership and technical team coordination capabilities. * Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English. * Key competencies: Technical and team leadership, client- and business-oriented mindset, management and prioritization skills, end-to-end vision of technology solutions, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **What will you do?** * Technology project management: Lead infrastructure, cloud, and security projects (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid), defining scope, planning, resources, risks, and quality control, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. * Design and supervision of technical solutions: Oversee the design of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS), infrastructure, perimeter security, firewalls (FW), networks, and connectivity, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and compliance with best practices. * Security and perimeter control: Coordinate initiatives related to firewalls, WAFs, network segmentation, access control, hardening, and perimeter security, ensuring proper integration with client environments. * Client relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for technology projects, understanding clients’ technical and business challenges, advising on decision-making, and maintaining long-term trust-based relationships. * Team leadership and management: Coordinate technical and consulting teams, assign tasks, supervise deliverables, and foster the professional development of senior, junior, and intern profiles. * Business development and pre-sales: Identify opportunities in cloud, infrastructure, and security domains; participate in developing technical and financial proposals; and support pre-sales processes and client presentations. * Governance, quality, and methodologies: Ensure application of standards, methodologies, and reference frameworks across projects, safeguarding technical and documentation quality of deliverables. * Financial tracking: Monitor project profitability, manage variances, and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Mentoring and capability development: Contribute to team growth through mentoring, internal training, and technical capability development in cloud, infrastructure, and security.
