We offer 24/7 monitored anti-intrusion alarms with cutting-edge technology to protect what matters most. **What will be your Role?** As an Alarm Receiving Center Operator, your main responsibility will be receiving and managing security alerts, ensuring a fast and effective response. You will activate innovative security protocols while delivering personalized and expert service to our customers. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Processing and managing alarm and video alerts. * Establishing two-way connections. * Verifying alarm activations at facilities. * Receiving and handling calls related to the connection service. * Making outbound calls and providing telephone support to customers for incident processing. * Activating security protocols and collaborating with state security forces. * Providing technical support to operations and sales departments. * Resolving incidents in a specialized manner following guidelines from the Private Security Law and established specific procedures. **What profile do we need?** Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration or similar fields. Previous experience in customer phone interaction and resolving phone incidents. Availability to work rotating shifts (Morning 07.00-15.00 / Afternoon 15.00-23.00 / Night 23.00-07.00). Rotation 7-3 / 7-4 Previous experience in Alarm Receiving Centers, Control Centers, specialized alert services, etc., is desirable.
