Your main responsibilities will include: * Execute the transportation strategy and ensure achievement of service and cost objectives. * Manage relationships with carriers and suppliers, monitoring their performance. * Plan routes and track orders through to customer delivery. * Monitor logistics KPIs: service level, cost, load optimization. * Supervise operations and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. * Prepare and analyze operational reports to support decision-making. * Participate in and coordinate logistics projects, ensuring timelines, costs, and objectives are met, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Drive continuous improvement and support implementation of tools (TMS). **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain. * University degree or master’s in Business Administration, Logistics, or any logistics-related field. * Analytical capability and experience with KPIs. * Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, TMS, ERP) and Power BI. **What You’ll Receive** * Competitive base salary \+ variable compensation. * **On-site** position at the Tres Cantos office. * Professional development opportunities within Nutreco and the SHV Group. * International, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. * Involvement in strategic logistics transformation projects. * Job stability at a global industry leader. **How and Why Learn More** This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency and the evolution of the supply chain, combining daily operations with active participation in strategic projects.
