**What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to provide both in-person and telephone patient care according to the standards established at the Hospital, with the aim of guaranteeing excellent service and treatment for patients. In-person and telephone assistance to patients calling or visiting the Hospital. Advising and resolving any issues patients may have. Performing administrative tasks related to medical service appointments and scheduling.
