




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage, register, and track orders and data in a pharmaceutical laboratory, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Possibility of permanent employment In Alcobendas, a pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in the management and formulation of treatments requires reinforcement for its Data Processing and Administration Department. The main responsibility is to ensure accurate management, registration, and tracking of orders and data, adhering to internal procedures and sector-specific regulations. **Key responsibilities include:** preparing and updating documentation (PNT), receiving orders via email, fax, or postal mail, entering and verifying them in the system, coordinating follow-up with other departments, handling incidents, maintaining medical and customer databases, as well as managing cancellations, modifications, and returns. A three-month temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent employment; full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM; immediate start; initial and ongoing training; job stability and professional development. Salary is commensurate with collective bargaining agreements and experience. * Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO); vocational training (FP) in administration, healthcare, or related fields is desirable. * 1–2 years’ experience in administrative roles, data management, or order processing. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and office software. * Experience with management systems and handling high-volume information. * Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Prior experience in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, healthcare, food industry) is advantageous. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualifications: * Previous experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory or healthcare sector. * Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, GMP, etc.). * Experience in incident management and internal/external customer support.
