Your mission will be clear: to organize, optimize, and evolve the procurement department. So where will you begin? First, by understanding the foundation: * Understanding processes, suppliers, and data. * Organizing information. * Ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Once you master the foundation: * Negotiating more effectively with our suppliers in English and other languages. * Identifying cost-saving opportunities. * Proposing improvements. * Creating new processes.
