At Audiovisuales Fader, we are looking for a Video Technician with extensive experience in the setup and operation of Novastar video processors and Barco E2 / E3 management systems. The candidate will be part of the technical team responsible for audiovisual production at corporate events, trade shows, concerts, and live performances. Main Responsibilities Setup, configuration, and operation of live video systems. Operation of Novastar processors and scalers (MCTRL, VX, H2, etc.). Programming and operation of Barco E2/E3 at events. Adjustment of resolutions, LED screen mapping, and management of multiple outputs. Integration with production switchers, projectors, mapping, and streaming systems. Real-time troubleshooting during events. Coordination with other technical teams (lighting, sound, staging). Requirements Proven experience as a video technician in live events. Advanced knowledge of Novastar processors (NovaLCT, SmartLCT, VMP). Experience operating Barco E2 and/or E3. Understanding of signal flows (HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort, fiber, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Availability for flexible hours and travel. Desirable Experience with video mixers (Roland, Blackmagic, Barco, etc.). Knowledge of projection and mapping. We Offer Immediate incorporation into a company with large-format projects.
