DESCRIPTION ### **Join the maintenance team at ARTIEM Madrid for on-the-job training!** At **ARTIEM**, we believe in learning through experience and supporting individuals during their first professional steps. Therefore, we are looking to welcome a **trainee** into our **Technical Services Department**, someone eager to learn, contribute, and develop within a dynamic, professional hotel environment. Your mission will be to assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, acquiring practical knowledge and developing technical and professional competencies—all under your manager’s supervision. #### **What will your responsibilities be?** During your **internship**, you will have the opportunity to: * Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for facilities. * Collaborate on basic tasks in **electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and painting**, under supervision. * Participate in commissioning and inspection of the hotel’s electrical and mechanical systems. * Become familiar with the **Circutor** environment and its application in technical maintenance. * Contribute to improving and creating maintenance protocols. * Participate in identifying technical needs and proposing departmental improvements. #### **What are we looking for?** * Currently enrolled in a Vocational Training (FP) program in **Electricity, Electronics, or Plumbing** (or related fields). * Genuine interest in learning and developing within the field of technical maintenance. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Proactive, responsible attitude with a problem-solving orientation. #### **What do we offer?** * Training internships within an established hotel chain with a strong people-centric culture. * Hands-on guidance and real learning alongside an experienced technical professional. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity to gain practical experience in the hotel industry.
