Responsibilities \- Monitor and track vehicle fleets in real time, verifying compliance with scheduled timetables and routes. * Load the daily service schedule into the SAE tool, incorporating service modification communications issued by the Traffic Department. * Identify incidents affecting service delivery or timetable and route adherence. * Provide support to drivers currently on duty regarding questions, concerns, or incidents, delivering precise instructions to resolve their requests. * Respond to emergency requests by activating the established procedure. * Collaborate with the Traffic and Workshop departments to resolve incidents requiring coordination across these areas. * Relay information regarding mechanical incidents in vehicles to the workshop. * Inform drivers of route or timetable deviations or changes mandated by the Traffic Department due to incidents or scheduled or unscheduled service interruptions. * Record and report events related to: incidents, vehicle/driver substitutions, service adjustments, stop cancellations, etc. * Conduct real-time system reviews to verify proper functionality. * Prepare service-related reports: punctuality, service compliance, etc. Requirements \- Academic qualification in Transport and Logistics * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an SAE Operations Technician * Experience with fleet monitoring tools * Temporary full-time contract from 01/08 to 15/09 * Immediate availability to start * Availability to work * Availability to work at our Collado Villalba workplace * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning / afternoon / night Offer \- Temporary full-time contract from 01/08 to 15/09, with realistic prospects for continuity based on demonstrated performance * Schedule: rotating morning / afternoon / night shifts, Monday through Sunday. Night shift approximately every 6 weeks
