




#### **JOB OFFER LABOR ADVISOR \- PAYROLL \- HUMAN RESOURCES** Do you want to work as a technical staff member managing comprehensive labor processes and providing ongoing legal-labor advice? Do you have extensive experience in payroll processing? We are looking for a Social Graduate or Labor Relations graduate with at least 5 years of experience. ***Responsibilities:*** * Payroll calculation and settlements. * Providing clients with advice on labor and Social Security matters. * Drafting and advising on employment contracts. * Analyzing applicable collective bargaining agreements. * Preparing disciplinary sanction letters. * Submitting hires, terminations, and contract modifications via the "Sistema Red". * Sending Social Security documents through SILTRA. * Submitting certificates to SEPE. * Managing IT/AT reports through Sistema delt@. * Registering contracts at SEPE (Contrat@). * Preparing and filing tax forms Modelo 111 and Modelo 190 with the AEAT. * Communicating remuneration concepts. * Handling incident management. * Attending conciliation proceedings. * Performing procedures with various government agencies. * Submitting subsidy applications. * Staying updated on hiring incentives and bonuses. * Handling Labor Inspections. ***Requirements:*** * Proven experience using payroll software. * Mandatory qualification: Degree in Human Resources, Social Graduate, Labor Relations, Law, or equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in labor consulting or labor management firms. * Knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security regulations, payroll management, and TCs. * Hardworking, autonomous, and problem-solving profile. * Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. ***Conditions:*** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Salary based on candidate's qualifications. * On-site work. * Immediate incorporation.
