Responsibilities Monitoring of subsidized projects. Document management for assigned projects that have received subsidies. Support in processing administrative files. Support in drafting responses to inquiries from applicants, clients, and/or the European Commission. Drafting internal documentation for administrative file processing. Monitoring of subsidized activities: supporting verification of compliance for subsidized files. Reviewing technical reports, technical indicators, economic data, and/or subsidy amounts. Processing and justification of subsidy files within public administration. Requirements Over 10 years’ experience in the financial justification of subsidy-funded projects (European, national, and other funds). Qualifications: Other university studies – Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; Other university studies – Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Other university studies – Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration (ADE). Software: MS Excel – Expert; MS Word – User. Languages: English – A1.1.
