As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high\-growth environment and play a key role in driving business success. ### **Responsibilities** * Research and target potential customers, generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.). * Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit, and schedule qualified sales meetings. * Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track interactions, and leverage tools to optimise outreach efforts. * Keep up\-to\-date with industry developments, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve your approach. * Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads. * Fluency in English and German is a must. * 1\-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales (preferred). * Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly. * A highly self\-motivated and resilient mindset with a passion for sales and business growth. * Excellent time management and organisational skills. * A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the sales field. ### **About Us** PVcase is moving solar forward with an alternative to the traditional labor\-intensive, time\-consuming, error\-prone solar project development process.
