Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to support dish preparation, kitchen cleaning and organization, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Key Points: 1. Positive work environment and potential for job stability We seek a kitchen assistant with at least one year of experience to join our team. The selected candidate will assist in dish preparation, kitchen cleaning and organization, and basic production tasks. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in dish preparation and cooking. * Mise en place (cutting, peeling, and preparing ingredients). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Provide general support to the chef and the rest of the team. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant. * Valid documentation permitting employment in Spain. * Availability to work on weekends. * Responsible, punctual individual eager to learn. * Prior experience in restaurants, bars, or take-out food services is advantageous. Conditions: * Working hours: 8:00–16:00 (including weekends, with breaks established by law). * Employment type: Full-time. * Immediate start (subject to availability). * Positive work environment and potential for job stability based on performance.
