**Job Title** EIC Intern**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** We are seeking a candidate to join the Asset Services team in Madrid as an intern. Providing support to the team in: * Maintaining information in Yardi: ALL aspects related to the asset—billing/revenue; expense accounting; supplier contracts; budgets; tenant contractual information, etc. * Updating security deposits, rents, and IPC (Consumer Price Index) * Guarantee renewals * Preparing reports * Preparing budgets and closing expense reports jointly with Property * Changing utility account holders * Notifying suppliers of ownership changes * Debt collection—managing initial debt before sending formal demand letters (burofax) * Documenting debt in coordination with lawyers * Coordinating with accountants * Fulfilling contractual obligations under the management agreement * Monitoring billing and fee collection Candidate profile we seek: * Vocational Training in Administration and Finance / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or similar; and/or related Master’s degrees * Proactive and autonomous individual * Advanced Excel user * Comfortable working in a digital environment * English: high proficiency * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal clients * Full-time availability Monday–Friday is mandatory (immediate start required) * *Updated CV must be attached* Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
