**REQUIREMENTS** * We are seeking a skilled operator specialized in industrial machinery painting to perform tasks related to the refurbishment and commissioning of second-hand machinery. * Prior experience in industrial painting and surface preparation will be valued. * Ability to work in an organized manner, with attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset. * Willingness to learn and adapt to different technical processes. * Residence in Meco or surrounding areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Application of industrial paint using airbrush or compressed-air systems. * Surface preparation: thorough cleaning of equipment, sanding, touch-up, polishing, and pre-painting conditioning. * Safe and efficient handling of tools such as angle grinders, drills, polishers, paint sprayers, and other workshop tools. * Collaboration in general refurbishment tasks and aesthetic improvement of machinery. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Responsible, committed, and proactive individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive attitude and willingness for continuous learning. * Focus on order, cleanliness, and quality in work. **WE OFFER** * Immediate incorporation at our facilities in Meco. * Permanent contract. * Full-time working schedule. * Salary to be agreed upon based on experience, knowledge, and skills provided. * Positive work environment and job stability.
