We are currently seeking to hire an FP&A Specialist — a key position within the finance department that will contribute to the analysis, planning, and consolidation of the company’s economic and financial information, providing analytical insights to facilitate strategic decision-making. **What will be your mission?** You will join the Financial Planning and Analysis team, collaborating on budget preparation, performance tracking, and developing financial models to assess business performance and anticipate scenarios. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Participate in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes. * Analyze deviations between actual results and budget, identifying root causes and proposing improvement actions. * Prepare financial reports with trend analysis and various business scenario assessments. * Prepare the company’s consolidated financial reporting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement). * Collaborate with the Accounting department during monthly and quarterly closings to ensure financial data quality. * Design profitability and cost analysis models by customer, contract, or business line. * Develop and maintain databases supporting financial models and “what-if” simulations. * Prepare economic and financial analyses for the General Management and Finance Department. * Validate the integrity and traceability of financial information, detecting potential issues and proposing improvements. * Review accounting data quality and ensure correct classification of financial entries. * Collaborate with various business areas to interpret results and support decision-making. * Prepare executive presentations and reports for management. * Coordinate the consolidation process of financial information from different company departments. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Opportunity to join an established, continuously growing and transforming company. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00; Friday, 9:00–15:00. * Hybrid work model. * National Collective Agreement for Consulting Companies. * Category Area 1. * Workplace in Torrejón de Ardoz. * Competitive compensation, aligned with experience and value delivered. **No sector of our society can be understood without gender equality and inclusion of people with disabilities. Therefore, at Grupo Servinform, we regard equality and diversity as fundamental drivers of social progress, working daily to achieve this goal.** **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Between 5 and 8 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, or Management Control roles. * Solid knowledge of financial accounting and economic analysis. * Experience managing and consolidating large volumes of financial information. * Preparation of executive reporting and management dashboards. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with Power BI. * Experience working with SAP, especially in financial modules (FI/CO). * Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset. * English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
