The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time position: 40 hours per week * Schedule: 3-day week / 4-day week rotation, including alternating weekends. * Salary according to the Communal Catering Collective Agreement **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
