




**Description:** ---------------- At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of experience in the sector, we are looking to hire an experienced **Kitchen Assistant** with background in institutional catering. **Main responsibilities will include:** * Properly arranging tools, utensils, and work materials. * Organizing refrigerators and cabinets. * Cleaning all utensils used in food preparation (pots, trays, pans, ladles, spatulas, knives, etc.) * Preparing raw ingredients (potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, onions, garlic, eggs, etc.) * Making stocks, salads, sauces, and participating in inventory management. * Assisting the chef during service. * Cleaning and organizing your workstation and helping maintain overall kitchen cleanliness. **We offer:** * Part-time schedule, 20 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, rotating shifts of **10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM** * Stable employment contract. * Salary according to collective agreement. * **Immediate hiring** within a leading catering company with national presence and part of a major international group. **At Serunion, we aim to build a diverse and committed team, where everyone has the opportunity to develop their potential and contribute to our company's success.
