You will be an ***IT PROCESS MANAGER*** within a Technical Office providing support to the *IT Processes and Services Management* area of a major public administration entity, immersed in a digital transformation and convergence project of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), aiming to centralize and optimize services offered to other entities (also within the public administration). **Your day-to-day responsibilities...** You will work within a multi\-disciplinary team, in a young, innovative, close-knit, and challenging environment. The IT Management Processes covered by the Technical Office you will join are: Configuration (CMDB), Changes, Events, Problems, Availability, Capacity, and Knowledge. Support will also be provided to another IT management area acting as a liaison between the Company and its Customers, aiming to improve through processes the customer relationship model (value delivery). **Key Responsibilities:** * Support requirements gathering, definition, documentation, and implementation of improvements within the aforementioned IT management processes scope. * Provide customer support in specific operational activities within the scope, as well as in implementing new enhancements within their ITSM management tools (Servicenow), seeking systematization and automation of operational procedures. * Participate in the definition and implementation of executive, tactical, and operational reports (PowerBI \& Servicenow). * Periodically supervise and analyze implemented reports/dashboards to ensure compliance with key KPIs \& SLAs, guaranteeing process \& service traceability and promoting continuous improvement. * Plan and monitor project tasks, ensuring their completion and communication to all stakeholders. * Advise on the best use and adaptation of IT governance and management frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, agile, ISO20000, …). **What we offer:** * Permanent contract * Flexible working hours * Reduced working days * Digital disconnection outside working hours * Vacation days based on seniority * Excellent colleagues both internally and externally * Training and certifications * Private medical insurance * And more… Remote work, residence in the Basque Country is desirable. REQUIREMENTS **Required:** * Degree in Computer Engineering (Bachelor's/Degree) or Higher Degree/Advanced Vocational Training (FP2) or equivalent * At least 2 years of proven experience as an IT Process Manager or participation in Process/Operations Improvement projects * ITIL Foundation Certification **Desirable:** * At least 5 years of professional experience in the Public Administration and/or Large Corporations/Multinationals and/or Other Consulting firms in similar roles and client environments. * Knowledge of IT management tools (preferably Servicenow) * PowerBI (analyst profile) * Knowledge/Certifications in IT Management areas: Agile (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, ...), Lean IT, COBIT, UNE\-ISO/IEC 20000\-1: 2018, … * English, intermediate/advanced level (B2 \-C1\)
