Tasks What will be your mission? As a Junior FF&E Procurement Technician, you will be responsible for bidding and optimizing FF&E purchases for hotel projects under study and awarded, achieving the best results in terms of price, quality, and delivery timelines. How will your day-to-day look like? * You will study and negotiate with suppliers price comparisons, payment methods, deadlines, lead times, and quality. * You will carry out supplier sourcing and management. * You will provide improvement proposals and alternative products prescribed in different projects when requested. * You will analyze and award each tender to the most favorable suppliers. * You will create framework agreements with suppliers. * You will purchase assigned FF&E items. * You will ensure compliance with delivery schedules. * You will maintain fluent communication and coordination with other departments involved in the procurement process. * You will update and monitor the database of approved suppliers. * You will resolve incidents related to material procurement. * You will register and update purchase information in the system. Requirements **Who are we looking for? You are the right candidate if:** * You have a background in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Engineering or similar. * You have at least 1 year of prior experience as an FF&E Procurement Technician, preferably in retail, food service, and/or hospitality sectors. * You possess knowledge of hotel projects, interior design, and furniture, both in bidding and purchasing. * You are a person with excellent communication and negotiation skills. * You have intermediate-level proficiency in Office suite and/or ERP systems. * You have an advanced level of English or French (desirable). * You are accustomed to working under pressure in dynamic environments.
