At KINEDRIK by EADIC, we are seeking a **Training Technician** to join a **strategic public tender project** aimed at improving employability and socio-labor integration of individuals facing or at risk of social exclusion.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and delivering the training activities outlined in the project, ensuring methodological and pedagogical quality. Additionally, they will conduct monitoring and evaluation of training programs, advise the labor orientation team on participants’ training profiles, and contribute to designing pathways that facilitate their access to employment.
This is a key position within the project, carrying high responsibility for organizing and implementing training activities, ensuring delivered actions meet participants’ needs and comply with the objectives, quality standards, and requirements specified in the tender documentation.
**What profile are we looking for?**
We seek a professional experienced in designing, planning, managing, and delivering training programs targeted at groups facing or at risk of social exclusion, capable of adapting learning processes to participants’ needs and collaborating closely with labor orientation teams.
The candidate must demonstrate:
* A university degree in **Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Educational Sciences, Social Education, Psychology, Teacher Training, Social Work**, or related disciplines.
* Minimum **two (2) years** of experience in programming, designing, managing, delivering, controlling, and evaluating training programs.
* Experience delivering training to **Roma people** or other groups facing or at risk of social exclusion.
* Experience designing training activities and competency development pathways aimed at improving employability.
* Experience evaluating learning outcomes and monitoring training programs.
* Ability to advise labor orientation teams on participants’ training needs and competency development.
**Required Technical Knowledge**
The candidate must possess solid knowledge in:
* Design, planning, and evaluation of training activities.
* Teaching and learning methodologies for adults.
* Instructional design and development of teaching materials.
* Programming and management of training programs for vulnerable groups.
* Learning assessment and monitoring of participants’ progress.
* Training guidance linked to socio-labor integration pathways.
* Virtual training platforms (LMS) and digital tools for delivering training.
* Proficiency in office software and training management platforms.
* Additional training in **Instructional Design, Pedagogy, Trainer Training**, or adult learning methodologies will be considered an asset.
