**Position Mission**

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating Telpark's corporate general services in Spain and Portugal, ensuring the proper operation of corporate offices, efficient management of suppliers and cross-functional services, as well as operational excellence across all processes under your responsibility.
The role requires a cross-functional perspective and a strong focus on coordination, organization, and continuous improvement, acting as the internal reference point for corporate services.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Corporate Office and Facilities Management**

* Supervise daily operations and functionality of corporate offices in:
+ Madrid (HQ)
+ Vigo
+ Lisbon
* Ensure maintenance, operational readiness, and suitability of workspaces.
* Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, supplies, and general service providers.
* Manage office-related incidents and operational needs.
* Coordinate construction projects, renovations, and workspace adaptations.
* Drive improvements in employee experience and corporate workspaces.
**Corporate Reception Management**
------------------------------------
* Lead and coordinate the corporate reception service for Spain and Portugal.
* Supervise protocols for visitor接待, messaging, and associated administrative management.
* Ensure a corporate experience aligned with the company’s image and culture.
**Corporate Travel and Associated Services Management**

* Manage the relationship with the corporate travel agency.
* Supervise travel policies, bookings, and cost optimization.
* Support employees and leadership with national and international travel arrangements.
* Analyze and control corporate travel-related expenses.
* Coordinate catering services for meetings, events, and corporate activities.
**Corporate Fleet Management**

* Manage the company vehicle fleet (\+300 vehicles).
* Coordinate vehicle registrations, deregistrations, renewals, leasing, and maintenance.
* Manage fuel cards and track associated expenses.
* Supervise fleet usage policies and cost-optimization initiatives.
* Manage relationships with leasing, insurance, and related service providers.
* Monitor fleet efficiency and utilization metrics.
**Corporate Mobile Telephony Management**

* Manage corporate mobile telephony for Spain and Portugal.
* Supervise activations, deactivations, incidents, and operator relations.
* Coordinate administrative and operational service management.
* Specifically manage billing and financial control of mobile telephony in Portugal.
* Control costs and propose service optimization measures.
**Corporate Parking Management**

* Coordinate and supervise corporate parking management at company offices.
* Manage parking assignments, access permissions, and related incidents.
* Ensure proper organization and optimal use of available spaces.
**Procurement and Operational Support to People \& Culture**

* Manage purchase orders and procurement for the People \& Culture department.
* Coordinate suppliers and associated administrative follow-up.
* Process purchase requests and track approvals.
* Participate in optimizing and controlling corporate procurement processes.
* Provide operational support for corporate initiatives and internal events.
**Financial Management and Supplier Oversight**

* Supervise budgets allocated to General Services.
* Negotiate and manage supplier contracts.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
**Required Profile**

**Education**
-------------
* Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Management, or equivalent.
* Additional training in *Facilities Management* or corporate services management is desirable.
**Experience**
---------------
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within General Services, *Facilities*, or *Office Management*.
* Experience managing corporate offices and suppliers.
* Experience in multinational or multi-site environments is desirable.
* Experience managing corporate fleets and cross-functional services.
* Experience coordinating office construction projects and adaptations is highly valued.
**Technical Knowledge**

* Knowledge of facilities and corporate services management.
* Experience in supplier negotiation and management.
* Familiarity with procurement and administrative management processes.
* Experience working with SAP; experience with SAP Ariba is particularly valued.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience with fleet and procurement management tools is desirable.
* English and/or Portuguese language skills are desirable.
* Basic knowledge of information security (Policies, Regulations, and Security).

**What We Offer**
=================
* Fixed salary: 28\-33k
* Variable salary: 5%
* Working hours: Monday–Thursday, start time between 8 and 10 AM, 8.5 effective working hours per day, and 30–90 minutes for lunch. On Fridays year-round, during Christmas, Easter, and summer (from the last week of June to the first week of September, inclusive), working hours are shortened to 8 AM–3 PM.
